Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Grade 2 TOP Haileslassie Ambaye
In the southern part of Ethiopia, at a height of over 1500 m, a special coffee grows under the shade of the mountain trees. Just like all Ethiopian coffees, the Yirgacheffe coffee is a regional type and trademarked by the country itself. It is named after the most southern province of Ethiopia.

The Haileslassie Ambaye was founded in 1992 and started with local business. After years gathering experiences they began in 2005 to export the coffee. The company`s aim is to become one of the top coffee suppliers in Ethiopia.

To reach this aim, they have their own warehouses, plantatations and processing plant, as well as their own trucks (to minimize damages).

Haileslassie has 35 permanent employees and during the harvest season more 300.
